Larry Braddock
President and Co-founder
Larry Braddock has been a resident
of Evergreen since he came here with his family in 1979 as an US Air Force Recruiter.
He has since retired from the US Air Force after serving 20 years -- 18 months of
which were served in Vietnam. Larry holds a professional position with the federal
government as an auditor and analyst. Larry is married to Beatriz and has one
daughter, Adriene. Larry has been involved in the community for quite some time.
He was a member of the first cadre of San Jose Prepared graduates. Since
then, he has been involved in other community projects. His interest in this
organization is to try to be another representative of the community to see that the
interests of the community are given proper consideration regarding the proposed Fowler

Hai Chang
Vice President of Operations and Co-founder
Hai Chang is a business unit
manager with a high-tech robotics manufacturer in Livermore. He has been an
Evergreen Hills resident since September 1997 and lives within a quarter mile of Fowler
Creek Park. He has a strong interest in neighborhood traffic calming issues and has
worked actively with the City of San Jose since 1999 on the implementation of various
traffic safety improvements in his greater neighborhood. He is also co-chair of the
neighborhood watch group on his street. Hai’s interests in Fowler Creek Park
include the development of a recreational swimming facility attached to a community center
and other amenities that properly serve the demographics of the community. Please

Bonnie Tomei
Vice President of Marketing
Bonnie Tomei is a controller in a high-tech company
located in San Jose. After living in the Evergreen Hills area for over five years (since
1998), she is excited about the prospect of hiking the connected trail through the Fowler
Creek Park. Even though she is a CPA by trade, she is energetic to take on the
challenges in Marketing the Friends group. She welcomes your questions, comments, support,
and suggestions. Bonnie has served the community as a Friends officer since May

Seeling Cheung
Secretary and Co-founder
Seeling Cheung is a software
engineer with a New York-based worldwide high-tech company and works in the Santa Teresa
area in San Jose. She has been a resident in Evergreen Hills since December 1998 and
lives about a quarter mile from Fowler Creek Park. Seeling has been actively
involved with a number of neighborhood issues such as the campus industry development on
Yerba Buena Road and various traffic safety issues. She was formerly involved with
another community service group in Evergreen Hills. Seeling supports the development
of Fowler Creek Park with amenities that will address the diverse needs of the

Steve Tomei
Treasurer and Co-founder
Steve Tomei is a financial
consultant for a high-tech start-up company in Cupertino. He has been a resident in
Evergreen Hills since October 1998. Steve's interests in Fowler Creek Park include
ensuring that the facilities designed into the park encompasses the needs of all residents
and ensuring that the community's interests are served by the City of San Jose.
While Steve is interested in applying his professional experience to this community
service organization, he wants to state that he has no future ambitions in the political
arena and only wants to use his skills to continue to help enrich and enhance his
