Fowler Creek Park GRAND OPENING
SATURDAY, AUGUST 4, 2007

Vice Mayor Dave Cortese enthusiastically welcomes the approximately 600
people from the community who turned out to celebrate the grand opening of Fowler Creek
Park on August 4, 2007. Friends of Fowler Creek Park will be working with the City
of San Jose PRNS Department in the Adopt-A-Park program. We are looking for
adopt-a-park volunteers and will be hosting a community meeting in the near future.

Group Picnic
Area: We have received numerous inquires about reserving the group picnic
area. In city neighborhood parks, there is no advance reservation process. All
amenities in the park are first-come, first-served.

Jumpers:
Jumpers are not permitted in Fowler Creek Park. Please visit this
topic in our FAQ's page.

Tennis Courts:
There is no advance reservation process for the tennis courts. However, there
are time limit rules while others are waiting. Please refer to signage around the
tennis courts.
