The City of San Jose City Council awarded a contract for the Fowler Creek Park Development Phase I Project in the base amount of $3,394,750 to the low bidder, Granite Rock Company DBA Pavex Construction Division, and also approved a contingency in the amount of $340,000.  Reference:  City Council Agenda, February 14, 2006, Item 5.3.

Grand Opening!

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Fowler Creek Park on August 4, 2007 to celebrate the grand opening of the park and completion of Phase 1 development.  Read about it in the San Jose Mercury News.

Phase 1 Construction Begins

Unanimous Approval for Master Plan

The Fowler Creek Park Master Plan Update was approved by the SJ City Council on October 21, 2003.

PRC Approves
