From Highway 101, take the Yerba Buena Road exit.
Head EAST on Yerba Buena Road for approximately 4 miles, going past Evergreen
Valley College on your left and continuing up the hill beyond the college. Make a
LEFT turn onto Altia Avenue. Follow Altia Avenue, which will curve to the right, to
Cortona Drive. Fowler Creek Park is directly across the street from Chaboya Middle
School.
