Todd Capurso was one of the principal leaders of this project within PRNS and was responsible for working with the community and the landscape architects to update the Fowler Creek Park Master Plan. In September 2003, Todd Capurso was promoted to a new position in the General Services Department. He is now the Landscape Maintenance Manager in the Parks Maintenance Division. Todd will wrap up his direct efforts on this project by sheparding the Master Plan through to City Council Approval in late October 2003. |
